A. I’ll explain all the concepts and steps as easy as possible for those who are new to exercise! I'll give you thorough explanations to help you understand everything you need to know, so don't worry!
Exercise or anything you try is difficult at first, but anyone can succeed once you get into your own rhythm!
And I don't want you to worry that you will not be able to follow along because exercise is not meant to be a show for others but a workout that you start to take care of your health! It's also my goal to help you just enjoy exercising with a stress-free heart :)
Q. I'm worried because I always end up giving up when I start exercising. Can you help me?
A. I think that learning something online requires good resolve! It may not be easy, but I will keep checking with you, so let's get started!
If you aim to complete the mission moves I've given and do them in an increasingly better posture than you did at the beginning, I think you'll probably find it more difficult to quit in the middle!
Q. Do you need any exercise equipment?
A. It would be nice to have exercise tools, but if you think there are a lot of people who don't have any, and if you thought you needed to purchase exercise tools, you would hesitate to start exercising more. That’s why I decided to make an exercise class where you don’t need any equipment or tools!
However, since most of the movements I teach are movements that can be done using exercise tools, if you have any equipment, just ask, "How can I do this exercise with these tools?" If you ask me, I will guide you through that part again :)
Q. Will exercising 10 minutes a day work?
A. There's a really big difference in whether or not you spend 10 minutes a day on your body! If you just take the time to stretch, do some strength training, or tackle aerobic exercise for just 10 minutes, your physical condition will change and even your mood will instantly change!
